Having experienced personal training before about 18 months ago, and found the previous experience extremely restricting in diet and quite isolating/lacking in support - my experience working with Katie has been the absolute, total opposite! It has been a complete revelation - shifting completely my pretty entrenched mental demons and misconceptions about my relationship with food, my personal self esteem and self confidence. In three months I have now got emerging abs, lost inches from my waist, arms, thighs, have the knowledge to be able to eat the right foods/balance of macros to get the results I'm aiming for, without starving or hugely restricting myself. I'm now stronger and love my strength training workouts. Katie simply gets how I 'tick' and is always so supportive, positive and encouraging, whilst also challenging me to go to the next level to achieve my aims. Overall it feels like you have a good friend who is also your personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach!
If you're looking for a personal trainer, look no further! Here she is and I cannot recommend her enough! I have been training with Katie for over a year now and booking my first PT session was the best thing I've ever done. Katie will work with you to achieve your goals and strives at helping you become the best version of you. Since training with Katie my knowledge and confidence has increased around exercises, using weights and a range of equipment. I now have the courage to go to the gym, on my own and lift weights. Without training with Katie and having her guidance I don't feel like I would have achieved this. Katie is always friendly, approachable and on hand to answer any questions you have. Shes also done me a personal training plan which I've found very useful when training without her. If you're considering having a PT I would strongly recommend Katie, she is fabulous!

I've been having P.T sessions with katie since November and I love going. She's really friendly and very encouraging. I've never enjoyed going to the gym as much.
Had my first PT class yesterday with Katie and I absolutely loved it! Something which I never thought I'd say. She made me feel so comfortble and motivated to push myself - plus im aching all over today which must be a good sign.
Katie is really friendly and has the ability to make you feel like you can do more than your head/body thinks is possible. She gets me to go through my threshold every week but has the sensitivity to know when to stop so that I don't get injured. Love this girl!
