Running is a fabulous way to make your feel free, empowered and enlightened. Its a great way of improving your fitness levels, cardiovascular and mental health.

Running helps you lose weight and body fat while building bone density, a strong heart and lungs and strong muscles for your future health and wellbeing.

Joining a group of people on the same journey as you will help you achieve your goals. Why not get started by joining our Facebook support group.

We have 3 running groups available:

  • Sunday 9am:
    For people comfortable for a consistent 3 to 3.5 miles. We will be working on speed and distance to build up to 5 miles.

  • Sunday 10am (ish):
    For beginners and people who want to improve their speed/distance. This group will be doing around 1 to 2 miles with intervals of walking/jogging.

  • Thursday evenings:
    A distance running group starting at 4 miles and adding a mile a week until we reach 14 miles!
    Great if you’re wanting to complete a 1/2 marathon in around 2 1/2 hours

We leave no man behind! It doesn’t matter what level you’re at! What matters is that you show up and try.
