Personal training is designed to teach you how to do sessions on your own and push you to work a little harder than you would on your own, all the while, working towards your goals. With affordable prices and discounted gym membership available, you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

All personal training is tailored to you and your needs/goals, with a full nutritional plan and additional home/gym workout provided, if required.

All sessions must be paid for at least 4 days in advance.

Please note :

* If you cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show you will be required to pay the full session fee. This will be taken off your pre booking.

* If you cancel your single PAYG session with more than 48 hours notice, you can reschedule your session or get a 50% refund.

* If you (the client) are late to a session, I will do my best to get the most out of the remaining time left in the session as I am unable to run over time due to previously arranged client commitments.

* 10 in 10 sessions booked must be taken consecutively subject to availability excluding client holidays.

We advise you arrive 10 minutes early before your session to warm up (guide will be given on booking), and spend 5 minutes after your session to stretch off.

When booking you will be asked of any new and previous experience, illness/injuries and your goals to ensure we give you the best workout.
