The 4 free personal training sessions must be used within 16 weeks of product purchase.
We advise you arrive 10 minutes early before your session to warm up (guide will be given on booking), and spend 5 minutes after your session to stretch off.
Location is Chesterfield based in our personal training studio.
When booking you will be asked of any new and previous experience, illness/injuries and your goals to ensure we give you the best workout.
